OEM Documentation definition

OEM Documentation means, the end user documentation describing the operation and use of the OEM Software in printed or machine readable form which is made generally available from time to time by OEM to its customers.
OEM Documentation means the documentation prepared by the manufacturer of the Equipment and provided by the Supplier to the Client from time to time.

  • From time to time, Tioga --------------------------------------- shall deliver to OEM Documentation in electronic file format.

  • During the period of suspension, the Client is responsible for maintaining the Equipment in accordance with the requirements of the OEM Documentation.

  • OEM shall distribute the OEM Documentation in its then-current form in association with and subject to the End User Licenses and for use only with an OEM Application Suite.

  • If Changepoint identifies any material error in the OEM Documentation, Changepoint shall provide reasonable notice of same to OEM whereupon OEM shall make such changes as are reasonably requested by Changepoint to render the OEM Documentation technically correct in all material respects.
