OEM Basis means the manufacture and sale of any product to any Third Party for (a) incorporation into or sale with or as such other Third Party’s product, or (b) the resale of such Third Party’s product, as the case may be, by such Third Party under trademarks owned by the Third Party, although a Party may bundle its products with the products of a Third Party so long as such Third Party’s trademarks are not prominently displayed in conjunction with such bundle.
