  • The Initial Operation Tests shall be considered successful, if (i) the OEE parameters specified for the Initial Operation Tests in Clauses 3.6(c) and 3.12(c) of Annex 3 (Parameters of Testing and Operation) are met, (ii) the Equipment has been operated in continuous uninterrupted operation under conditions described in this Clause 22.1(d), Clause 3 (Initial Operation Tests parameters) of Annex 3 (Parameters of Testing and Operation) and in compliance with other provisions of this Contract.
