The details on the process of the review and the content of the report shall be discussed between OECTA, OCSTA and the Crown.
The Parties and the Crown also agree to amend the OECTA ELHT Agreement as follows: • Under section 11.3, the requirement for the OECTA ELHT to complete the Request for Proposal of the Administrative Agent by August 31, 2021 shall now be completed by June 30, 2024.
The OECTA ELHT Trustees shall provide the sponsoring parties of the ELHT information that confirms the cost of the increases at the ELHT’s expense, should any of the sponsoring parties request it.
