  • Consistent with the spirit of the Community of Trust that defines the University, the fraternal organization will submit a list of those student members who attended each of the four educational programs to ODOS staff.

  • The fraternal organization may request an exception to this interactive requirement from ODOS; for example, to view a film or online program on a specific topic.

  • ODOS staff will accept the submitted representation signed by the fraternal organization’s president on his/her/their honor as true.
