Odor Remover/Eliminator definition

Odor Remover/Eliminator means a product that is designed or labeled to be applied exclusively to hard surfaces to inhibit the ability of soils to create malodors, or functions to entrap, encapsulate, neutralize, convert or eliminate malodor molecules. “Odor Remover/Eliminator” does not include products designed or labeled for use in cleaning soils from hard surfaces, laundering, softening, de-wrinkling or cleaning fabrics, or dishwashing, or products that are defined as “Air Freshener,” “Bathroom and Tile Cleaner,” “Carpet/Upholstery Cleaner,” “Fabric Refresher,” “General Purpose Cleaner,” “Toilet/Urinal Care Product,” “Disinfectant,” or “Sanitizer.”

  • Plant Test Date or "PTD" means the date acceptance testing is performed with CLEC. "Point of Interface", "Point of Interconnection," or "POI" is a demarcation between the networks of two (2) LECs (including a LEC and CLEC). The POI is that point where the exchange of traffic takes place.

  • Retained Excess Cash Flow Amount means, at any date of determination, an amount, determined on a cumulative basis, that is equal to the aggregate cumulative sum of the Excess Cash Flow that is not required to be applied as a mandatory prepayment under Section 2.11(b)(i) for all Excess Cash Flow Periods ending after the Closing Date and prior to such date; provided that such amount shall not be less than zero for any Excess Cash Flow Period.

  • Retained Excess Cash Flow means, at any date of determination, an amount, equal to the aggregate cumulative sum of the Retained Percentage of Excess Cash Flow for the Excess Cash Flow Periods ended on or prior to such date.

  • Legend Removal Date shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 4.1(c).

  • Tree removal means to kill or to cause irreparable damage that leads to the decline and/or death of a tree. This includes, but is not limited to, excessive pruning, application of substances that are toxic to the tree, over-mulching or improper mulching, and improper grading and/or soil compaction within the critical root radius around the base of the tree that leads to the decline and/or death of a tree. Removal does not include responsible pruning and maintenance of a tree, or the application of treatments intended to manage invasive species.
