ODOD Grant definition

ODOD Grant means that Grant Agreement entered into by the Ohio Department of Development, as grantor, and the City, as grantee, providing funds to offset certain costs of the City's development in creating a technical center/research laboratories job ready site, which site includes a portion of the Property. “Payments in lieu of Personal Property Taxes” means the payments from the Company to the City pursuant to Section 4.2.
