None of the work and services covered by this contract may be subcontracted without prior written approval of ODOC.
ODOC shall not make any final determination that CANOO has failed to satisfactorily complete any contract term until ODOC has given CANOO written notice and thirty (30) days within which to cure; however, if any term cannot reasonably be cured within the initial thirty (30) days, CANOO shall have a total of one hundred eighty (180 days) in which to cure such term, so long as CANOO has commenced and is diligently proceeding to cure such term within the initial thirty (30) day period.
The Subgrantee Recipient shall comply with 2 CFR 200, except as directed otherwise by ODOC, as they relate to the application, acceptance and use of Federal funds and with ODOC requirements pursuant thereto.
In the event any monies paid from the Fund are used for any political activity, the entire award from the Fund is immediately due and payable to ODOC.
The Subgrantee Recipient shall give ODOC immediate notice in writing of any actions or suits filed against the Subgrantee Recipient or any subcontractor in connection with implementation and administration of this contract.
The employee agrees to immediately notify the supervisor or other appropriate manager and the ODOC Service Desk at ▇▇▇-▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇ if the employee’s ability to perform the telework position duties is hampered in any way due to damage, theft, compromise or suspected compromise, or loss of any employee-owned equipment or state-owned equipment.
Satisfactory completion of the performance of CANOO pursuant to this contract shall be solely determined by ODOC.
ODOC will provide training on OKGrants and Oklahoma Weatherization Policies and Procedures as needed.
Subgrantee Recipient may reserve the right to negotiate any ODOC requested work that is not clearly outlined within this contract.
The Subgrantee Recipient shall account to ODOC for all program income resulting from this contract.
