ODOC definition

ODOC means the Oregon Department of Corrections.
ODOC means an electronic platform developed, provided and maintained by the Company which consists of data, information, and various computer programs, accessible through an oDoc Service Provider Account or an oDoc Service Receiver Account.

  • The employee agrees to immediately notify the supervisor or other appropriate manager and the ODOC Service Desk at ▇▇▇-▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇ if the employee’s ability to perform the telework position duties is hampered in any way due to damage, theft, compromise or suspected compromise, or loss of any employee-owned equipment or state-owned equipment.

  • Satisfactory completion of the performance of CANOO pursuant to this contract shall be solely determined by ODOC.

  • ODOC will provide training on OKGrants and Oklahoma Weatherization Policies and Procedures as needed.

  • Subgrantee Recipient may reserve the right to negotiate any ODOC requested work that is not clearly outlined within this contract.

  • The Subgrantee Recipient shall account to ODOC for all program income resulting from this contract.
