  • In addition, the Contractor agrees that ODMH and the State of Ohio and any funding source for this contract are held harmless and immune from any and all claims for injury or damages arising from this contract which are attributable to the Contractor's own actions or omissions or those of its trustee, officers, employees, subcontractors, suppliers, and other third parties while acting under this contract.

  • Throughout the term of this contract, the Contractor shall provide ODMH with copies of all current licensure, certification, and/or accreditation, including any renew or re-issuance thereof, for any employee or subcontractor, providing services under this contract.

  • ODMH shall not be required to provide any training to the Contractor to enable it to perform services required hereunder.

  • ODMH may recover from the Contractor the costs associated with acquiring substitute services, less any expenses or costs saved by the Contractor's default.

  • ODMH and the State of Ohio shall not be liable for any taxes under this contract.

  • Medical cannabis card means the same as that term is defined in Section 26-61a-102.

  • Psychotropic medication means medication the prescribed intent of which is to affect or alter thought processes, mood, or behavior including but not limited to anti-psychotic, antidepressant, anxiolytic (anti-anxiety), and behavior medications.   • public hospital means a governmental entity of a political subdivision of the state of Iowa that is authorized by legislative authority. For purposes of this subrule, a “public hospital” must also meet the requirements of Iowa Code section 249J.3. Under Iowa Code section 249J.3, a “public hospital” must be licensed pursuant to Iowa Code chapter 135B and governed pursuant to Iowa Code chapter 145A (merged hospitals), Iowa Code chapter 347 (county hospitals), Iowa Code chapter 347A (county hospitals payable from revenue), or Iowa Code chapter 392 (creation by city of a hospital or health care facility). For the purposes of this definition, “public hospital” does not include a hospital or medical care facility that is funded, operated, or administered by the Iowa department of human services, Iowa department of corrections, or board of regents, or the Iowa Veterans Home.

  • Transplant hospital means a hospital that furnishes organ transplants and other medical and surgical specialty services required for the care of transplant patients.

  • Inpatient hospital services means any health care service provided to a patient who has been admitted to a hospital and is required to remain in that hospital overnight, but does not include any secure forensic mental health services;

  • Medical Child Support Order means any judgment, decree or order (including approval of a domestic relations settlement agreement) issued by a court of competent jurisdiction that:
