ODI Policy definition
ODI Policy has the meaning set forth in Section 7.03 of this Agreement.
Examples of ODI Policy in a sentence
The ODI Policy shall be treated as a New Parkway Benefit Plan for purposes of this Agreement effective as of the Benefit Commencement Date, and New Parkway shall reimburse the Cousins Group for all costs it incurs in connection with assigning the ODI Policy.
Pursuant to the ODI Policy, each Continuing Parkway Employee and Terminating Parkway Employee who participates in the ODI Policy as of immediately prior to the Benefit Commencement Date shall have the opportunity to elect to convert, at the employee’s sole expense, to individual coverage on a direct-▇▇▇▇ basis.
