  • Contractor is in compliance with all insurance requirements in Exhibit C of the original Contract as amended and, notwithstanding any provision to the contrary, Contractor shall deliver to the ODHS Contract Administrator (see page one of the original Contract, as amended) the required Certificate(s) of Insurance for any extension of the insurance coverage required by Exhibit C of the original Contract, as amended, within 30 days of execution of this Contract amendment.

Related to ODHS

  • CMS means the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.

  • DSHS means the Department of State Health Services.

  • HHSC means the administrative agency established under Chapter 531, Texas Government Code, or its designee.

  • Enrollee means any person entitled to health care services from a carrier.

  • Adolescent means a Medicaid patient 17 years or younger.
