ODG definition

ODG means the Official Disability Guidelines published by the Work Loss Data Institute containing evidenced-based medical treatment guidelines for conditions commonly associated with the workplace. ODG guidelines may be obtained from the Work Loss Data Institute, 169 Saxony, #101, Encinitas, California 92024 (www.ODG@worklossdata.com).
ODG means the Office of the Director – General with the Department of Trade and Industry;
ODG means the most current edition of the Official Disability Guidelines and the ODG Treatment in Employees' Comp, excluding the return to work pathways, published by the Work Loss Data Institute.

  • ODG has developed a roving vehicle for CSA to support a potential NASA experiment payload on the surface of the Moon.

  • At the request of VSEA or employee, an arbitrator jointly selected by the parties shall resolve any such dispute in an expedited, informal procedure, with any costs to be shared equally by the VSEA or employee and the ODG.

  • Nothing in this Agreement shall prevent the ODG from paying for courses related to job duties and departmental career development.

  • When the ODG decides to fill a permanent, vacant bargaining unit position through competitive procedures, notice shall be posted for ten (10) workdays prior to the application deadline, statewide in the case of a state promotional or open competitive procedure.

  • The ODG and VSEA shall share equally the cost of contract reproduction regardless of the number of copies each party requires.

  • Roomer means a person occupying a dwelling unit that lacks a major bathroom or kitchen facility, in a structure where one or more major facilities are used in common by occupants of the dwelling unit and other dwelling units. Major facility in the case of a bathroom means toilet, or either a bath or shower, and in the case of a kitchen means refrigerator, stove or sink.

  • SAMR means the State Administration for Market Regulation of the PRC or, with respect to the issuance of any business license or filing or registration to be effected by or with the State Administration for Market Regulation, any Governmental Authority which is similarly competent to issue such business license or accept such filing or registration under the Laws of the PRC.
