Exhibit E also lists OD Employees on inactive status, including lay-off, short-term disability leave, long-term disability leave, pregnancy and parental leave or other extended absences, or receiving benefits pursuant to workers' compensation legislation, and, if available, the expected date of return of each such OD Employee (each, an "Inactive OD Employee").
