OCY definition

OCY means the twelve (12) Month period commencing at 00:00 hours on the Project Commercial Operations Date and ending at 23:59 hours on the Day immediately preceding the following anniversary of the Project Commercial Operations Date and each subsequent twelve (12) Month period during the Operating Period ending at 23:59 hours on the Day falling immediately prior to each subsequent anniversary of the Project Commercial Operations Date, provided that the last Operating Contract Year shall end at 23:59 hours on the last Day of the Concession Period;
