Ocular Entity means, as applicable, (a) Ocular, (b) any of Ocular’s Affiliates or (c) any direct or indirect licensee, sublicensee or contractor of Ocular with respect to any Licensed Product.

  • Each Party shall notify the other Party of any such complaint received by it in sufficient detail and in accordance with the timeframes and procedures for reporting established, and in any event in sufficient time to allow each Ocular Entity and each Licensee Entity to comply with any and all regulatory requirements imposed upon it, including in accordance with International Conference on Harmonisation of Technical Requirements for Registration of Pharmaceuticals for Human Use (“ICH”) guidelines.
