The provisions in this Article or elsewhere in this Contract regarding approval or direction by the County, Board of Supervisors, or OCSD, or action taken pursuant thereto are not intended to and shall not relieve the Contractor of responsibility for the accomplishment of the Work, either as regards sufficiency or the time of performance, except as expressly otherwise provided herein.
Orange County Sheriff-Coroner Department (OCSD) is the authorized representative of the Board of Supervisors and, under the Board of Supervisors, has complete charge of the Contract, and shall exercise full control of the Contract, so far as it affects the interest of the County.
