OCO definition

OCO or “One cancels the other” Orders: You may place two Orders simultaneously and the first such Order to be filled will automatically cancel the other Order and any Related Orders associated with it.
OCO means SSA’s Office of Central Operations. “OF” means SSA’s Office of Finance.

Examples of OCO in a sentence

  • At a minimum, the OCO will be responsible for evaluating final Contractor performance upon task order completion.

  • The Contractor shall train Contractor personnel, at its own expense, except when the OCO has given prior approval for specific training to meet special requirements that are peculiar to a particular task order.

  • In the event that a task order requires activity that would create an actual or potential conflict of interest, the Contractor shall immediately notify the OCO of the conflict, submit a plan for mitigation, and not commence work until specifically notified by the OCO to proceed; or, identify the conflict and recommend to the OCO an alternate approach to avoid the conflict.
