CQI must meet the requirements set forth in Paragraph II.F. 10 “Emergency Response Communications” of this Exhibit A and OCEMS Policy 385.00.

All personnel assigned to the performance of the services, will 33 be closely monitored and evaluated throughout the term of the Agreement by OCEMS.
