OCEMS definition

OCEMS means the Orange County Emergency Medical Services.
OCEMS means the Orange County Emergency Medical Services having primary responsibility for administration of emergency medical services in the County and designated by the Orange County Board of Supervisors.

  • CONTRACTOR must also provide, at no cost to OCEMS, access to such records and 7 information upon seventy two (72) hours advanced written notice at all times during normal business 8 hours, and a proper facility for inspection, audit, review, evaluation, and duplication of such 9 information.

  • Facilities are subject to 31 inspection by OCEMS at any time without notice.

  • All personnel assigned to the performance of the services, will 33 be closely monitored and evaluated throughout the term of the Agreement by OCEMS.

  • CEMS means continuous emissions monitoring system.

  • Bioassay means the determination of kinds, quantities or concentrations, and, in some cases, the locations of radioactive material in the human body, whether by direct measurement, in vivo counting, or by analysis and evaluation of materials excreted or removed from the human body. For purposes of these regulations, "radiobioassay" is an equivalent term.

  • Interfaces means, collectively, the CAD Interface and the Channel Access Interface.

  • TDP means “TDP” as that term is defined in the Second Amended Joint Plan or as that term is defined in any Plan confirmed by the Bankruptcy Court.
