  • For each fiscal year being audited, the Vendor shall conduct an examination of the OCDA Successor Agency, and issue an opinion on the fairness of the presentation of the financial statements of the OCDA Redevelopment Successor Agency, together with an opinion on compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and administrative requirements governing activities of the OCDA Redevelopment Successor Agency.
