Occupational Group List (OGL) definition
Occupational Group List (OGL) means a jointly agreed to list of Equal and Lower classifications into which an employee can exercise displacement rights. OGLs are equals and lowers within the appropriate job family which an employee can satisfactorily perform within a reasonable period of familiarization and orientation.
