The Ejido hereby grants to the Company, and the Company hereby acquires from the Ejido, the Land Occupation Rights on, to and under the Mining Occupation Land for purposes of executing the Mining Activities.
The Company shall pay to the Ejido the Annual Rental Fee in consideration of the Land Occupation Rights transferred to the Company hereunder.
