Occupation Period definition

Occupation Period means a period of six calendar months to be calculated from the date on which the GLA issues an Occupation Notification; Occupation Trigger Date means the date which falls 30 Business Days prior to the expiry of the preceding Occupation Period; Occupying Tenant has the meaning attributed to it in Condition 16.1.1;
Occupation Period means the period commencing on the Occupation Date and ending on the Termination Date;
Occupation Period means the period commencing on the Occupation Date and terminating on the Termination Date;

Examples of Occupation Period in a sentence

  • The period of Temporary Recovery will not count toward your Benefit Waiting Period, your Maximum Benefit Period or your Own Occupation Period.

  • You must accept any position within a broad definition of Own Occupation that you can perform and which your Employer or another employer makes available during the Own Occupation Period regardless of whether the compensation for such work is less than your Predisability Earnings.

  • During the Own Occupation Period you will no longer be Disabled when your average Work Earnings over the last three months exceed 80% of your Indexed Predisability Earnings.

  • Own Occupation Definition Of Disability During the Benefit Waiting Period and the Own Occupation Period you are required to be Disabled only from your Own Occupation.

  • During the Own Occupation Period no LTD Benefits will be paid for any period when you are able to work in your Own Occupation and able to earn at least 20% of your Indexed Predisability Earnings, but you elect not to work.

  • During the Any Occupation Period, no LTD Benefits will be paid for any period of Disability when you are able to work in Any Occupation and able to earn at least 20% of your Indexed Predisability Earnings, but elect not to work.

  • During the Own Occupation Period no LTD Benefits will be paid for any period of Disability when you are able to work in your Own Occupation and able to earn at least 20% of your Indexed Predisability Earnings, but you elect not to work.

  • During the Any Occupation Period no LTD Benefits will be paid for any period when you are able to work in Any Occupation and able to earn at least 20% of your Indexed Predisability Earnings, but you elect not to work.

  • You suffer a loss of at least 20% in your Indexed Predisability Earnings when working in your Own Occupation.Note: You are not Disabled merely because your right to perform your Own Occupation is restricted, including a restriction or loss of license.During the Own Occupation Period you may work in another occupation while you meet the Own Occupation Definition Of Disability.

  • During the Any Occupation Period you will no longer be Disabled when your average Work Earnings over the last three months exceed 60% of your Indexed Predisability Earnings.

Related to Occupation Period

  • Occupation Date means the date upon which occupation of the Unit is tendered to the Purchaser, provided that such date shall not be prior to the issuing of the Occupancy Certificate for the Section by the relevant Authority and provided that such date shall not be prior the date the electricity is to be connected to the Section and subject to compliance of the provisions of clause 9.1 to the satisfaction of the Seller;

  • Operation Period means the period commencing from COD and ending on the Transfer Date;

  • Retention Period has the meaning set forth in Section 6.02.

  • Production Period is the period that for winter cereal advances commences October 1, 2021 and terminates September 30, 2023; for advances on all other field crops, honey, hogs, goats, sheep and lambs commences April 1, 2022 and terminates September 30, 2023; and for advances on cattle, continuous flow cattle, and bison commences on April 1, 2022 and terminates on March 31, 2024.

  • Remediation Period has the meaning specified in Section 8.2(a);

  • Termination Period means the period of time beginning with a Change in Control and ending on the earlier to occur of:

  • Exploration Period means the period mentioned in Article 3 during which Exploration Operations may be carried out by the Contractor as provided in Article 3 hereof.

  • Compensation Period has the meaning specified in Section 2.12(c)(ii).

  • Interruption Period shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5 hereof.

  • Rental Period means the calendar period during which Government property is made available for nongovernmental purposes.

  • Reemployment Commencement Date means the date on which an Employee who terminates employment with the Employer and all Related Employers first performs an Hour of Service following such termination of employment.

This change would occur after no less than ten (10) days notice has been given to all Customers who would be affected, and to the Commission.

  • Protection Period means the period commencing on the Change in Control Date and ending on the second anniversary thereof.

  • Elimination Period means the period of 6 months beginning on the date You become Disabled.

  • Severance Period means the period of time commencing on the date of the first occurrence of a Change in Control and continuing until the earlier of (i) the second anniversary of the occurrence of the Change in Control and (ii) the Executive’s death.

  • Noncompetition Period has the meaning set forth in Section 9.01.

  • Lease Period means each of the consecutive periods throughout the Basic Term and any Renewal Term ending on a Lease Period Date, the first such period commencing on and including the Delivery Date.
