The monthly Rent-Geared-to-Income Housing Charges payable by the Assisted Households to the Housing Provider shall be in accordance with the guidelines set out in Schedule “D” to this Agreement provided, however, that the monthly amount charged to any Assisted Household does not exceed the Occupancy Charge as established from time to time by the Housing Provider.
If the Assisted Household refuses to move, the Housing Provider is required to apply an Over-Housing Charge, calculated using the difference between the Occupancy Charge for the current unit and the Occupancy Charge for the unit they are eligible for under the National Occupancy Standards.
The minimum Occupancy Charge used is twenty-five percent (25%) of the Occupancy Charge for the purposes of this calculation.
