OCBC Internet Banking Service definition

OCBC Internet Banking Service means the services, products, features and/or functionalities offered by the Bank from time to time to the Customer, currently designated by the Bank as “Velocity@ocbc”, through such website, channel or other electronic means as the Bank may prescribe from time to time, which enable the Customer to electronically access his or her Account(s), access Products and/or Services, and/or effect banking and/or other transactions. “OCBC Internet Banking Service” shall also include any services,products, features and/or functionalities offered by the Bank, which enable the Customer to effect any transaction or instruction effected or issued, or purported to be effected or issued, through any application program interfaces (or any other means) made available by the Bank to third parties that the Bank has entered into arrangements with (including without limitation the transmission of instructions to OCBC, data transfer, funds transfer and/or bill payment), including the OCBC PayNow Corporate Service (where applicable)

  • Accordingly, OCBC RoboInvest shall not be liable to you for any loss, damages or expenses (including any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages or economic loss or any claims for loss of profits or loss of use) whatsoever or howsoever caused (regardless of the form of action) arising directly or indirectly in connection with any access, use and/or inability to access through the OCBC Internet Banking Service.

  • The Customer acknowledges that all proprietary rights relating to and in connection with the OCBC Internet Banking Service (including without limitation the OCBC website) and all updates thereof, including without limitation title, trade mark rights, patent rights and copyright shall at all times vest and remain vested in the Bank.

  • Without prejudice to any other terms and conditions, such access is provided ‘as-is’ for your convenience and the OCBC Internet Banking Service is not operated by the Platform Operators.

  • The Bank shall be entitled but shall not be obliged to verify any instructions given via OCBC Internet Banking Service by online means or via telephone.

  • The Customer agrees that the OCBC Internet Banking Service shall be extended to the Customer in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or such other terms and conditions which the Bank may notify to the Customer from time to time.

  • You acknowledge and agree to the Platform Operator and OCBC Bank sharing certain information, including but not limited to the fact that you have an OCBC RoboInvest account or (as the case may be) OCBC account and the user ID comprised in your OCBC Internet Banking Service access credentials, in order to provide such access.

  • The Customer represents that the Customer Terminals through which access to the OCBC Internet Banking Service may be effected are free from any electronic, mechanical, data failure or corruption, computer viruses, bugs and/or other harmful or malicious software of any kind whatsoever.

  • The Customer shall also be responsible for the performance and security (including without limitation taking all necessary measures to the extent reasonably possible to prevent unauthorised use or access) of any Customer Terminal used by the Customer in connection with the OCBC Internet Banking Service.

  • Although the Bank shall use reasonable endeavours to ensure that the OCBC Internet Banking Service is secure and cannot be accessed by unauthorized third parties, the Bank does not warrant the security or confidentiality of any information transmitted through the OCBC Internet Banking Service or any relevant internet service provider.

  • The Customer is required to follow such notices, guidelines and other instructions (such as operating rules and policies) relating to the use of the OCBC Phone Banking Service, OCBC ATM Service, OCBC Internet Banking Service and OCBC Alert Notification Service as the Bank may issue from time to time.

  • Mobile Banking Service means the EB Services which we enable you to access via the Mobile Banking App or a web browser designed for use on a Mobile Device; and

  • Telephone Banking Service or “TBS” means any banking service operated over the telephone (by whatever name it may be known as) offered by the Bank, in connection with the Service Instructions and includes but is not limited to such services respectively known as Self Service Phone Banking and CitiPhone Banking; and

  • Internet Banking means the service we offer by which you can access and transact on a nominated account by using a personal computer and accessing via our website. This includes transactions processed through the mobile banking facility as well as the smartphone app facility.

  • Digital Banking (a) means our present and future online banking services which can be accessed through 365 Online, Business Online, Bank of Ireland Mobile Banking, and services available on www.bankofireland.com; and

  • Banking Services Provider means any Lender or Affiliate of a Lender that provides Banking Services to any Credit Party.

  • account information service means an online service to provide consolidated information on one or more payment accounts held by the payment service user with either another payment service provider or with more than one payment service provider;

  • Banking Services means each and any of the following bank services provided to the Borrower or any Subsidiary by any Lender or any of its Affiliates: (a) credit cards for commercial customers (including, without limitation, commercial credit cards and purchasing cards), (b) stored value cards and (c) treasury management services (including, without limitation, controlled disbursement, automated clearinghouse transactions, return items, overdrafts and interstate depository network services).

  • Mobile Banking means the banking services accessible from the Device you have registered with us for Mobile Banking.

  • Financial Services Provider means any Lender and any other provider of financial services or products;

  • Broadband Internet access service means a mass-market retail service by wire or radio that provides the capability to transmit data to and receive data from all or substantially all Internet endpoints, including any capabilities that are incidental to and enable the operation of the communications service, but excluding dial-up Internet access service. This term also encompasses any service that the State finds to be providing a functional equivalent of the service described in the previous sentence, or that is used to evade the protections set forth in this section.
