  • I acknowledge that OCAD U is unable and unwilling to accept for any loss, damage, injury or expense suffered, sustained or incurred by me while I am a participant in the Program and that my participation is subject to this condition and I hereby assume responsibility for any such loss, damage, injury or expense.

  • Over SMA1, OCAD U has expanded pathway agreements between studio-based certificate and diploma programs and its own undergraduate degree programs.

  • OCAD U may sublicense this right and license to its service providers but only for the aforementioned purposes.
