OC Agreement definition
OC Agreement means the agreement referred to in paragraph 5 of Schedule 2 to the Project Agreement, as the same may be amended from time to time; and such term includes all schedules and agreements supplemental to the OC Agreement;
OC Agreement means the sale and purchase agreement dated 4 December 2008
