OC-3 definition

OC-3 means OC-3 SONET optical transmission capacity meeting the applicable specifications set forth in Exhibit F hereto.
OC-3 means On-Net Service as defined in Schedule B.
OC-3 means bi-directional OC-3 optical transmission capacity meeting the specifications set forth in AT&T's Technical Reference 54018, as revised from time to time. For purposes of this Agreement, "bi-directional" shall mean that traffic up to the designated capacity can travel in each direction simultaneously.

  • EEL Transport is available in DS0, DS1, DS3, OC3, OC12 and higher bandwidths as they become available.

Related to OC-3

  • Step Up Margin means the rate per annum specified in the applicable Final Terms; and

  • Applicable L/C Margin means the per annum fee, from time to time in effect, payable with respect to outstanding Letter of Credit Obligations as determined by reference to Section 1.5(a).

  • Operating Margin means the incremental adjustments, measured in megawatts, required in PJM Region operations in order to accommodate, on a first contingency basis, an operating contingency in the PJM Region resulting from operations in an interconnected Control Area. Such adjustments may result in constraints causing Transmission Congestion Charges, or may result in Ancillary Services charges pursuant to the PJM Tariff.
