OC-10 definition

OC-10 means, with respect to a Participant, the Local Reserve Bank’s Operating Circular No. 10, as amended and supplemented from time to time.
OC-10 means Operating Circular No. 10 issued by each Reserve Bank, as amended, supplemented, or otherwise modified from time to time.
