Obsolete Component definition

Obsolete Component means a Unique and Special Component that will no longer be utilized in the manufacture of a Product. A Component shall not be an “Obsolete Component” if it was purchased outside of the Component Lead Time necessary to meet the Forecast in effect at the time of purchase. Obsolete Component means items incorporated into the Baseball Facility, including, but not limited to, electronic parts, scoreboards and ballpark equipment, that are no longer utilized in comparable major league spring training facilities in the State of Florida as evidenced by the use of a more modern component in at least fifty percent (50%) of major league spring training facilities.
Obsolete Component shall have the meaning given to such term in Section 9.3(b) of the Facility Lease.

  • Each component (other than an Obsolete Component) removed from the Leased Facility will remain subject to this Facility Lease, wherever located, until such time as such component is replaced by a replacement component which has been incorporated in the Leased Facility and which meets the requirements for replacement components specified in this Section 7.3(a).

  • Sun shall reimburse Supplier for the difference between Supplier’s purchase price and the Sun-approved price at which it sold the Obsolete Component to a third party.

  • Should an equivalent part or material not be available, the Purchaser shall have the option, exercisable from time to time within a period of six (6) months after such written notification from the Supplier, to order a stock of the Obsolete Component from the Supplier.

  • Supplier shall provide ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ a description of the Stock, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Special Items and the related costs or expenses associated with the Obsolete Component Part or the Termination, as appropriate.

  • Each component (other than an Obsolete Component) removed from the Unit 1 Facility will remain subject to this Facility Lease, wherever located, until such time as such component is replaced by a replacement component which has been incorporated in the Unit 1 Facility and which meets the requirements for replacement components specified in this Section 9.3(a).

  • In the event that a Product is cancelled, that there have been no accepted Purchase Orders for the past nine (9) months, that there are one or more Obsolete Component Parts, Supplier may, at its election, initiate a Stock Repurchase, in which event, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall issue a Purchase Order for the affected Stock.

  • Each component (other than an Obsolete Component) removed from the Unit 2 Facility will remain subject to this Facility Lease, wherever located, until such time as such component is replaced by a replacement component which has been incorporated in the Unit 2 Facility and which meets the requirements for replacement components specified in this Section 9.3(a).

Related to Obsolete Component

  • Obsolete Inventory means items that have expired, are redundant or damaged;

  • Obsolete means a product that may be listed in national drug pricing compendia but is no longer available to be dispensed based on the expiration date of the last lot manufactured.

  • Finished Goods means units of a manufactured product awaiting sale.

  • Original component manufacturer means an organization that designs and/or engineers a part and is entitled to any intellectual property rights to that part.

  • Raw Materials means all raw materials, supplies, components and packaging necessary to manufacture and ship the Product in accordance with the Specifications, as provided in Exhibit A, but not including the API.
