To enable the remaining Participants to continue Operation, the withdrawing Participant is expected to pay the total of its scheduled payments for two (2) years commencing with the date of withdrawal; that is, from the date at which that Participant ceases to receive Observing Time.
Assignment of Observing Time is not to be construed to include an assignment, in whole or in part, of any of the other rights and responsibilities of the Participants.
