Observing Time definition

Observing Time means the time scheduled for the observing of astronomical objects for scientific purposes, excluding the time required for Engineering and Commissioning.
Observing Time means the time on the MWA facility that is scheduled for scientific observing, excluding the time required for engineering, commissioning activities, and maintenance.
Observing Time means the time scheduled for execution of scientific research programs, including associated system setup and calibration procedures, but excluding the time required for Engineering and Commissioning Activities.

  • Details are specified in the Guidelines for Management of Scientific Programmes, Observing Time and Using of Data.

  • To enable the remaining Participants to continue Operation, the withdrawing Participant is expected to pay the total of its scheduled payments for two (2) years commencing with the date of withdrawal; that is, from the date at which that Participant ceases to receive Observing Time.

Related to Observing Time

  • Reporting Time means the relevant time (if any) specified as such in the Reference Rate Terms.

  • working time means any period during which the worker is working, at the employer’s disposal and carrying out his activity or duties, in accordance with national laws and/or practice;

  • Working Timetable has the meaning ascribed to it in Part A of the Network Code.

  • Engagement Period means the period beginning on May 9, 2022, and ending on the earlier of (i) twelve (12) months from the date of such date, (ii) the final closing, if any, of the Offering, or (iii) the date that either party to this Agreement gives the other party to this Agreement at least thirty (30) days’ advance written notice of termination of that certain engagement letter agreement by and between the Company and the Representative, dated as of May 9, 2022.

  • Observation Shift Days means the number of London Banking Days specified in the relevant Final Terms; and
