Observe or observation" means the gathering of evidence made through classroom or worksite visits for the purpose of examining evidence over time using the instructional framework rubrics.

  • Administrative order means a written notice from the commissioners to the landowner or landowners of record and to the occupants of land informing them they are violating the district’s soil loss limit regulations or maintenance agreement and advising them of action required to conform to the regulations.

  • terrorist financing means the act of, directly or indirectly, providing or collecting funds with the intention that they should be used or in the knowledge that they are to be used, in full or in part, in order to carry out terrorist acts.4

  • Fungicide means any substance or mixture of substances intended for preventing, destroying, repelling or mitigating any fungi.

  • Certified act of terrorism means an act that is certified by the Secretary of the Treasury, in accordance with the provisions of the federal Terrorism Risk Insurance Act, to be an act of terrorism pursuant to such Act. The criteria contained in the Terrorism Risk Insurance Act for a "certified act of terrorism" include the following:

  • Flea and tick insecticide means any insecticide product that is designed for use against fleas, ticks, their larvae, or their eggs. “Flea and Tick Insecticide” does not include products that are designed to be used exclusively on humans or animals and their bedding.
