Observational definition

Observational means a chart or record-based study that examines previously collected data.

  • If you become ill or are injured on the Provider’s premises during the Observational Learning (Job Shadow) Program experience, the Provider will provide You with emergency medical care.

  • If no PI can be nominated over the course of this time, the MSBase Operations Team will ask the Centre Authority how they wish to proceed with respect to retaining the pseudonymised orphan data that are still useful and necessary in relation to the Observational Study research purposes, for which they were collected.

  • You agree not to hold MercyOne or the Provider liable for any or all injuries, losses, damages, or expenses which may occur as a result of any act of omission of MercyOne or Provider, or their members, directors, officers, colleagues, agents or representatives, or which may arise from Your participation in the Observational Learning (Job Shadow) Program.

  • You shall release, indemnify and hold harmless MercyOne and the Provider, their members, directors,officers, colleagues, agents and representatives, from and against any and all responsibility and obligationfor your participation in the Observational Learning (Job Shadow) Program.

  • The Centre guarantees and warrants that it will follow all applicable rules and regulations for participating in the MSBase/MGBase Registry Observational Study, including all ethics/waivers/consents and all required reporting of serious adverse events.

  • To the extent that GSK conducts any clinical trials permitted under the terms and conditions of this Agreement, GSK may post the data generated from such trials in accordance with GSK’s corporate policy on Public Disclosure and Access to Clinical Trial and Observational Study Information Data.

  • Sponsor is conducting a research study entitled, “Post-authorisation Safety (PAS) Observational Cohort Study to Quantify the Incidence and Comparative Safety of Selected Cardiovascular and Cerebrovascular Events in COPD Patients Using Inhaled UMEC/VI Combination or Inhaled UMEC versus Tiotropium (Study 201038)” (“Study”), protocol number 201038, attached hereto as Exhibit A (the “Protocol”) and incorporated herein by reference.

  • It is jointly owned by all MSBase/MGBase Registry Observational Study Investigators.

Related to Observational

  • Observation means a method of collecting data on the performance of a teacher's assigned duties and responsibilities. An observation for the purpose of evaluation will be included in the determination of the annual summative evaluation rating and shall be conducted by an individual employed in the school district in a supervisory role and capacity and possessing a school administrator, Principal, or supervisor endorsement as defined in N.J.A.C. 6A:9-2.1.

  • Observation Date means each of the following Observation Dates:

  • Barrier Observation Date means each of the Barrier Observation Dates as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data. If a Barrier Observation Date is not a Calculation Date for one or more Basket Components, the immediately following day, which is a Calculation Date shall be the respective Barrier Observation Date for all Basket Components.

  • Observation Dates means each date specified as such in the applicable Issue Terms provided that, if such date is not a Scheduled Trading Day, the Observation Date shall be the immediately succeeding Scheduled Trading Day unless, in the opinion of the Calculation Agent, such day is a Disrupted Day.
