Observation Deck definition

Observation Deck means that portion of the Improvements demised to the Observatory Tenant pursuant to the Observatory Lease.
Observation Deck means the one hundredth (100th) through one hundred 7 second (102nd) floors of the Building as shown on the Floor Plans attached as Exhibit D, which contain 8 the observation deck and associated concessions which shall be operated by Tenant pursuant to this 9 Lease. Except for the portions of such floors that shall be part of the Building Common Areas in 10 accordance with the terms of the definition herein of such term, the Observation Deck shall not be part of 11 the Building Common Areas.
Observation Deck means and refer to that type of wooden deck constructed along, or at the end of, a boardwalk which boardwalk has been constructed within the Wetlands, Wetland Fringe Zone or Conservation Areas, as the case may be, for the purpose of observing and enjoying the natural scenery in a passive recreational way.   • Tenant shall reimburse the Port 6 Authority or Landlord on a monthly basis for the Observation Deck Reimbursable Expenses.

  • The following services are excluded from this Agreement (for both Resident and Non- Resident): • Supplements including cultural visits, Exclusive use of the camp and Private Dinner (Observation Deck).

  • The Observation Deck Public Lobby 4 (including the elevators and escalators therein) shall be kept clean, illuminated and in good condition 5 and repair by Tenant consistent with the balance of the Demised Premises during hours when the 6 Demised Premises is open for business, and at times when the Demised Premises is not open for 7 business, consistent with standards for similar access areas at the World Trade Center.

  • Tenant shall use and occupy the Observation Deck Exclusive 7 Lobby only for ticket sales, security screening, coat check services, waiting areas (together with, if 8 approved by the tenant under the Condé Nast Lease, ancillary beverage, cold food and gift shop 9 facilities) and event support activities such as event registration, and the like (the "Exclusive Lobby 10 Uses").

  • The Demised Premises shall be occupied and 32 operated from and after the Occupancy Date, continuously and uninterruptedly, during Premises 33 Operating Hours on each and every calendar day during the term of this Lease (specifically including 34 Sundays and Holidays) for the Observation Deck Uses except during a Permitted Closure.

  • In no event shall queue lines be allowed to obstruct or discourage use of the Observation Deck 26 Public Lobby by members of the public for travel to and from the below-grade areas of the World Trade 27 Center or to obstruct or discourage use of seating areas in the West Plaza.

  • Barrier Observation Date means each of the Barrier Observation Dates as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data. If a Barrier Observation Date is not a Calculation Date for one or more Basket Components, the immediately following day, which is a Calculation Date shall be the respective Barrier Observation Date for all Basket Components.

  • SOFR Observation Period means, in respect of an Interest Accrual Period, the period from (and including) the date falling the number of SOFR Observation Shift Days prior to the first day of such Interest Accrual Period to (but excluding) the date falling the number of SOFR Observation Shift Days prior to the Interest Period Date for such Interest Accrual Period;

  • Observation Period means the period from, and including, the First Trading Date to, and including, the Valuation Time on the Valuation Date.

  • Observation means a method of collecting data on the performance of a teacher's assigned duties and responsibilities. An observation for the purpose of evaluation will be included in the determination of the annual summative evaluation rating and shall be conducted by an individual employed in the school district in a supervisory role and capacity and possessing a school administrator, Principal, or supervisor endorsement as defined in N.J.A.C. 6A:9-2.1.
