Obscene Behavior definition

Obscene Behavior means any physical activity of the human body, whether carried out alone or with other persons, including, but not limited to singing, talking, dancing, acting, pretending, or pantomiming which, as a whole, is considered by the average person and according to contemporary community standards to appeal to lewd interests, which represents or depicts any kind of sexual conduct in an overtly offensive manner, and which lacks any serious literary, artistic, political, religious, scientific, or educational value.
Obscene Behavior means: behavior or conduct in public, which to the average person, applying contemporary university-community standards, would be found to have the predominant effect of arousing in other persons prurient interest in sexual conduct; and the public behavior is patently offensive sexual conduct or publicly depicts sexual conduct in a patently offensive way; and the behavior as a whole, lacks serious literary, artistic, political, or scientific value.

  • Obscene means containing a patently offensive description of or a solicitation to commit an ultimate sex act, including sexual intercourse, masturbation, cunnilingus, fellatio, or anilingus, or a description of an excretory function.

  • Sexually violent offense means an offense for which a conviction has been entered for any of the following indictable offenses:

  • Threatening behavior means any pattern of behavior or isolated action, whether or not it is directed at another person, that a reasonable person would believe indicates potential for future harm to students, school personnel, or school property.

  • Obscene matter or an obscene performance means matter described in 1984 PA 343, MCL 752.361 to 752.374.

  • Violent felony means the same as that term is defined in Section 76-3-203.5.
