• Participate in a peer mentorship program to include ongoing mentorship by an EMS Opioid Response pilot program mentor and an Office Based Opioid Treatment (OBOT) provider mentor.

• The Contractor shall maintain regular communication via email and basecamp with learning community participants and post relevant documents to basecamp, assist with developing and disseminating information to the OBOT learning collaborative participants.

• Reduce practice variation and establish guidelines and standardized protocols for: 1) Program admission and medication options; 2) Treatment decision-making for integrated, coordinated or referred care models; 3) Approaches to patient response to treatment, including use of other substances, diversion and non-compliance; and 4) Mechanisms of care coordination with Spoke and OBOT practices.

• The Contractor will hold a learning collaborative series consisting of four, 3 hour in-person OBOT (Office Based Opioid Treatment) sessions.

• This series will be targeted to newer practice teams that are offering Medication Assisted Treatment in OBOT settings.

• BHPFCI Substance Use Disorder Services maintains linkages with Jail Health Services and other San Francisco County funded Narcotic Treatment Programs (▇▇▇▇▇- ▇▇▇▇▇/FACET, BAART-Market, San Francisco General Hospital OTOP, OBOT, Fort Help and Westside).
