Obnoxious Use definition
Obnoxious Use. - means a use which, when judged by reasonable community standards, from its nature or operation creates a nuisance or is offensive by the creation of noise or vibration or by reason of the emission of gases, fumes, dust, and any objectionable odour, or by reason of the unsightly storage of goods, wares, merchandise, salvage, refuse matter, waste or other material.
Obnoxious Use means the use of premises in a manner that is offensive through the creation or transmission of noise, vibration, illumination, emissions, fumes, odour, dust or radiation, or any combination of these, beyond any lot lines of the premises;
