Obligatory Services has the meaning given to it in Schedule 5 “Occupier the person named as occupier in the parties to this Lease and includes its successors in title and assigns and (if an individual) his personal representatives
Obligatory Services means the items listed in Part 2 of this Schedule
Obligatory Services those services and costs listed in Part 3 of Schedule 3;
