Examples of Obligation Register in a sentence
Holder - means, with respect to Bond Obligations, the registered owner of a Bond Obligation according to the Obligation Register relating to such Bond Obligation, and, with respect to each Credit Agreement Obligation, the related Credit Provider.
No transfer of any Bond shall be effective until entered in the Obligation Register.
Obligation Register - means, as to each series of Bond Obligations, the register or registers maintained pursuant to Section 4.5 of the Master Debt Resolution.
In such event, the Bonds shall no longer be restricted to being registered in the Obligation Register in the name of Cede & Co., as nominee of DTC, but may be registered in the name of the successor securities depository, or its nominee, or in whatever name or names Holders transferring or exchanging Bonds shall designate, in accordance with the provisions of this Resolution.
