Obligation Register definition

Obligation Register has the meaning specified in Section 2.07 of the Indenture.
Obligation Register and "Obligation Registrar" have the respective meanings stated in Section 3.07.
Obligation Register has the meaning specified in Section 2.10 of Exhibit 1 to the Indenture.

  • Upon receiving such a notice of resignation or upon such a termination, or in case at any time any Authenticating Agent shall cease to be eligible under this Section, the Trustee shall promptly appoint a successor Authenticating Agent, shall give written notice of such appointment to the Company and shall mail notice of such appointment by first-class mail, postage prepaid, to all Holders of Obligations of the applicable series as the names and addresses of such Holders appear on the Obligation Register.

  • Where this Indenture provides for notice to Holders of any event, such notice shall be sufficiently given (unless otherwise herein expressly provided) if in writing and mailed, first-class postage prepaid, to each Holder of such Obligations, at the address of such Holder as it appears in the Obligation Register not later than the latest date, and not earlier than the earliest date, prescribed for such notice.

  • Any such notice (i) shall set forth all the relevant facts known to the Indenture Trustee or the Shipowner, as the case may be, (ii) if to the Secretary or the Shipowner, shall be registered or certified mail, postage prepaid, and (iii) if to Obligees, shall be sent to each Obligee in the manner provided in Section 6.04(c) at his address as it appears on the Obligation Register, or at such other address as such Obligee may have furnished to the Indenture Trustee for such purpose.

  • If such Obligation is not surrendered for transfer, upon delivery to the Trustee of such evidence reasonably satisfactory to it of a transfer, the Obligation Registrar shall register such transfer on the Obligation Register.

  • Except as otherwise provided in a Supplemental Indenture, notice of redemption shall be given by first-class mail, postage prepaid, mailed not less than thirty (30) nor more than sixty (60) days prior to the Redemption Date, to each Holder of Obligations of such series to be redeemed, at its address appearing in the Obligation Register.


More Definitions of Obligation Register

Obligation Register means, as to each series of Obligations, the register or registers maintained pursuant to Section 4.5.
Obligation Register means the records kept for the registration of Obligations by the Escrow Agent pursuant to Section 2.9 below.
Obligation Register means the register the Borrower keeps at one of the offices or agencies maintained by the Borrower as provided in the Indenture in which, subject to such reasonable regulations as it may prescribe, the Trustee shall provide for the registration of Obligations and registration of transfers of Obligations.
