Objective information means an estimate of the client’s projected length of hospital stay obtained by the ICF/MR from a hospital staff person. This prognosis may be obtained from the client’s record or the overall plan of service (OPS) or given by a physician or other health professional under his or her direction or by another qualified professional such as a social worker or discharge planner;
