Objectionable Names/Logos definition
Objectionable Names/Logos means any name or logo which: (i) relates to an entity which is of a character or reputation, or is associated with a political orientation or faction, which is inconsistent with the quality of the Project as a first-class multi-tenant office building project, and which would otherwise reasonably offend a landlord of a Comparable Building; or (ii) would violate any restrictions on signs currently set forth in the Signage Restrictions.
Objectionable Names/Logos means any name or logo which: (1) relates to an entity which is of a character or reputation, or is associated with a political orientation or faction, which is inconsistent with the quality of the Building as a first-class multi-tenant office building, or which would otherwise reasonably offend a landlord of a Comparable Building, including, without limitation, any Prohibited Signs; or (2) relates to an entity that (x) would not be considered of a character, reputation or stature that is generally comparable with companies that have comparable exterior signage on the Comparable Buildings owned or controlled by ▇▇▇▇▇, Brookfield Properties, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Properties or ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Properties or any of their respective affiliates (collectively, the "Comparable Landlords"), or (y) is a law firm or securities brokerage firm; or (3) would violate any restrictions on signs or Building name changes currently set forth in the Signage Restrictions. For purposes of this Section 23.6, the phrase "controlled by" shall mean the ultimate control over all of the ownership, operational and managerial decisions regarding the assets of the owner.
Objectionable Names/Logos means any name or logo which: (1) relates to an entity which is of a character or reputation, or is associated with a political orientation or faction, which is inconsistent with the quality of the Retail Area as a first-class retail project that is part of a first-class office building project, or which would otherwise reasonably offend a landlord of a comparable retail project, including, without limitation, any Prohibited Signs; or (2) relates to an entity that (x) would not be considered of a character, reputation or stature that is generally comparable with companies that have comparable exterior signage on the comparable retail projects that are part of first-class office building projects owned or controlled by KBS Realty, ▇▇▇▇▇, Brookfield Properties, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Properties or Shorenstein Company or any of their respective affiliates (collectively, the “Comparable Landlords”), or (y) is a law firm or securities brokerage firm; or (3) would violate any restrictions on signs or Building name changes currently set forth in the Signage Restrictions. For purposes of this Section 22.4, the phrase “controlled by” shall mean the ultimate control over all of the ownership, operational and managerial decisions regarding the assets of the owner.
Examples of Objectionable Names/Logos in a sentence
The rights to the Exterior Signs are personal to the Original Tenant and may not be transferred by the Original Tenant or used by anyone else, except that as set forth above in this Section 21.5, Tenant shall be permitted to place the names and accompanying logos of (i) Innovative Merchant Solutions, and (ii) the Original Tenant’s other Affiliates so long as such names and accompanying logos of such other Affiliates do not constitute Objectionable Names/Logos.
