Examples of Objecting Person in a sentence

  • If the results of the independent analysis are within ASTM (interlaboratory) Reproducibility Limits, the original short proximate and, any other specification as required in the applicable Confirmation, as appropriate, sodium analysis shall control and the costs of the independent analysis shall be paid by the Objecting Person.

  • If the results of the independent analysis for all Specifications are within then current ASTM standard practices for conducting an interlaboratory study to determine the precision of a test method for reproducibility limits, the original short proximate shall control and the costs of the independent analysis shall be paid by the Objecting Person.

  • By notice to the Sampling Person within twenty-four (24) hours after delivery of the Shipping Report and in any event prior to unloading of the Coal at the destination, Buyer or Seller may object to the analysis (the “Objecting Person”), and if so, the Sampling Person shall submit the retained sample to an independent testing laboratory selected by and unaffiliated with the Objecting Person for an independent analysis.
