  • A party may request that OBHECC adjudicate a dispute arising from the agreement, by providing written notice to both OBHECC and the other party.

  • Any notice required under the terms of the agreement shall be sent by registered mail to the addresses of the parties as registered with OBHECC, and will be deemed to have been received by the next day following the day of mailing.

  • Upon receipt of a request for adjudication, OBHECC will schedule a hearing at the earliest opportunity and make such order as it deems appropriate.
