Oay means a period of twenty-four (24) consecutive hours beginning and ending at 8:00 AM, Eastern Time or at such time as the Seller and the Buyer may agree'upon. "Month" shall mean the period between any two (2) regular readings of Sellers meters which shall not be less than twenty-eight (28) days nor more than thirty-four (34) days.
