Oaxaca Warrant definition

Oaxaca Warrant means the “Warrant” as defined in the Oaxaca SPA, in effect as of the Closing Date in favor of Oaxaca to purchase 250,000 shares of common stock of the Parent on the terms and conditions set forth therein.
