OATI definition

OATI means the entity that has been retained by NERC, or successor organization, to maintain the IDC system.
OATI is an adjective that, when used to modify a type of Mortgage Loan, means that such Mortgage Loan is covered by a Takeout Commitment issued by an Approved Takeout Investor other than CL (and, for OATI Jumbo Loans, whose Approved Takeout Investor has been approved by Buyer for the purchase of Jumbo Loans).

  • Seller shall provide the North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC) tag information from the OATI (Open Access Technology International) System, including tag fields Sending and Receiving Control Areas (CA) and Purchasing/Selling Entity (PSE) Name and Number, identifying within the notes section of the tag the Selected Project and the Selected Project’s NYGATS ID number.

  • Additionally, MAPPCOR, MISO, and OATI will be continually working to ensure model synchronization with the then current IDC model.

  • FURTHER, OATI WEBCARES AND ALL DATA, DISPLAYS, MATERIALS, AND INFORMATION COMPRISING OATI WEBCARES ARE PROTECTED UNDER U.S. AND INTERNATIONAL COPYRIGHT LAWS.
