Oakfield. “Oakfield Energy” or “Oakfield Gathering System” alone or in any combination of any words or marks confusingly similar thereto, and will as promptly as possible, but in no event later than ninety (90) days after the Closing Date, eliminate such names from all signs, purchase orders, invoices, sales orders, packaging stock, labels, letterheads, business cards, displays, signs, promotional materials, manuals, shipping documents and other materials for use by Buyer.
