OA Deposit(s) means all sums due and owing to Operator under the Operating Agreement from any Consenting OA Party in connection with a particular OA Project. (dd)

Borrower shall irrevocably instruct all of its present and future Account debtors (including, without limitation, the Operator if Borrower is not then the Operator, herein, “Account Debtors”) to direct all sums payable or otherwise due and owing to Borrower (other than OA Deposits, which are expressly excluded) to the Receivables Account, without such payments at any time being under the control of Borrower or any of its agents or employees.
