Contractor ceases to provide SEC transfer station, O2E, or MRF operations or transportation services for materials to be delivered to Designated Disposal and Processing Facilities for a period of two (2) consecutive Business Days for any reason within the Contractor's control, including labor unrest such as strike, work stoppage or slowdown, sickout, picketing, or other concerted job action by Contractor's employees or others.

Contractor shall operate the SEC, including the Transfer 281 Station, MRF, O2E, Public Recycling Center, and related facilities, to allow for the 282 convenient and efficient management of materials received; recovery of Recyclable 283 Materials through MRF processing operations; and, recovery of Organic Materials, 284 including Plant Materials and Food Scraps, through the O2E processing operations.
In the case where more than one WWTP is identified as Designated Processing Facility for O2E Slurry, the Authority shall direct Contractor as to which Designated Processing Facility it shall transport the O2E Slurry and the quantity that shall be transported to each Designated Processing Facilities and the timing of such deliveries.
The amount of the monthly transportation payment shall be calculated by multiplying the number of Tons of materials transported from the SEC to the Designated Facilities for Solid Waste, inerts, C&D Debris, Food Scraps, Plant Materials, Organic Materials, and O2E Slurry by the number of one-way standard miles from the SEC to the Designated Facility and by the applicable Transportation Fee then in effect.
The Authority will provide the Contractor sixty (60) Day notice if it intends to 896 redirect Solid Waste, Organic Materials, O2E Slurry, or C&D Debris to a new 897 Designated Facility, with such change to be handled as a change in scope under 898 Section 12.13.
Contractor shall receive materials from Collection 343 Contractor(s) at the Transfer Station, MRF, and O2E from 2:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. 344 Monday through Friday and 6:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Saturday and Sundays, except 345 Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s Day.
