o Platform Security. We secure the underlying infrastructure and platforms that support AI systems, including cloud environments, hardware, and software components. This includes network security, vulnerability management, intrusion detection, and incident response planning. Deliver contextually aware data to enhance human judgment, automatically remediate incidents, and improve business outcomes. Webhead will work to devise a Data Management Plan (DPM) for any proposed AI solutions. These data plans will cover some or all the following topics: o Data use release, e.g. do we have permission to use (consent management) o how long to store (retention), data storage and backup, how long o Security: how to protect, e.g. encryption at rest and in transit o Preserve, manage, stage, archive, reactivate large sets of potentially sensitive data o Data Use: respond to legal, compliance and investigatory requests o Care, custody, control of data o Data discovery, management, compliance workflow in a seamless experience o Webhead can adhere, as necessary, to the following Data Governance Frameworks or Policies: NIST, ISO 27001, PII, HIPPA, state and local compliance policies. Key concerns regarding data management are quality, privacy, and accessibility. I regard to security, Webhead will work with participating organizations to identify any identity providers in use to control access to data and will work to align data and identity protection in the face of growing security challenges. Webhead will also work to ensure, where possible, that solutions are open to data sharing, i.e. utilizing shared data resources that are available to various organizations or departments/divisions within organizations? We will also work to ensure proposed AI solutions align with data management plans (DPMs) including data readiness concerns like data ingestion, data transformation, data storage. Another consideration will be data unification. Webhead will work to identify and understand any existing data platforms that are leveraged to unify and transform all of the different data sources for use with anticipated AI/ML solutions, use cases and related pilot programs. The consultant must ensure that all AI solutions adhere to the organization’s ethical principles, promoting fair- ness, transparency, accountability, and proactive bias evaluation and mitigation.
