o Fee. A maximum non-refundable processing fee of $3,000 will be collected from the borrower. $1,000 of such fee shall be paid to the Sub-Servicer and the remainder shall be divided in accordance with Section XIII below. The processing fee shall be deducted from the portion of any assumption fee (1% or other amount provided for in the loan documents) remaining after deduction of the Special Servicer's entitlement, if any, pursuant to the Pooling and Servicing Agreement and this Agreement.
